How I Can Help
I handle both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcies. I understand the problems that many of us are experiencing. We are unable to pay our credit card bills. As a result the credit card companies increase our interest rates and decrease our limits (and then say we are over the limit and have to pay a penalty - in effect kicking us when we are down). To make matters worse most of the credit card companies won't work with you unless you're 90 days past due. And then they may only decrease your interest rate and payment amount but you will still owe the original amount of the debt.
Under a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy I may to able to (within 4 months) get rid of all of your credit card bills forever.
Some of us can't pay our mortgage payment. When we try to modify our loan (to reduce the amount of the mortgage payment) the banks refuse because "your expenses are greater than your income". Discharging (i.e. getting rid of) your credit card bills (and even outstanding medical bills) may reduce your expenses enough thereby allowing you to modify your loan.
If you are paying on a second mortgage I may be able to get rid of that second mortgage payment under a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy.
If your home is in foreclosure ,because you are behind on your mortgage payments, I may be able to , under a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, allow you to pay your over-due mortgage payments over a period of time thereby allowing you to keep your home.
Or if you just want to walk away from your home (or investment properties) and not be responsible for the mortgage I can discharge that debt/liability under a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.
These are only some of the things that filing for bankruptcy may be able to do for you.
